Yes, we can monitor multiple MailChimp lists (by choosing Select Sync) at a time.
How can I sync the MailChimp custom fields to Zoho CRM?
We can achieve this using fields mapping option. Here we can map the MailChimp fields with Zoho CRM fields.
Can I customize the schedule sync time ?
Yes, it is partially supported. You can choose the sync occurrence (Daily or Weekly). But you cannot choose a particular sync time. It will be taken automatically from your first sync.
Is it possible to monitor only a particular MailChimp List changes?
Yes, we have an option to monitor selective MailChimp list by choosing Selective Sync.
What type of MailChimp campaign are synced to Zoho CRM?
There is no restriction. We can synchronize all types of MailChimp Campaign with Zoho CRM.
Are we allowed to create a new MailChimp List from Zoho CRM?
No
Do we get any notification when a MailChimp campaign is changed?
Yes, the SalesSignals feature notifies you of important events related to your MailChimp campaigns. By default, it notifies you when a new subscriber is added, when a contact unsubscribes, and when a contact's profile is updated.
When a MailChimp list name is changed in Zoho CRM, will it reflect in MailChimp?
No, the changes made to a MailChimp list name in Zoho CRM will not be reflected in MailChimp
Upon changing the status of a MailChimp contact in Zoho CRM, will the change gets reflected in MailChimp?
No, any changes made to the status of a MailChimp contact in Zoho CRM will not get reflected in MailChimp.
Is it possible to add all the Leads or Contacts to a specific list in MailChimp in one go?
You can add upto 500 Leads or Contacts to a MailChimp list in one go. But, the 500 records can either be Leads only or Contacts only, but not to be mixed.
Can we add Leads and Contacts to MailChimp from Zoho CRM simultaneously?
No, we can add either Leads or Contacts at a time to MailChimp from Zoho CRM, but cannot both.
