Is historic data synced during initial data sync? Are there any timeframe limitations for it?
During the initial sync, the data synchronization will happen based on the sync settings. Similarly, all the subsequent syncs will take place according to the sync settings. Please note that only a maximum of six months of data will be synced.
Can a particular user be deactivated and prevented from using the extension when required?
Yes, the administrator can make a user inactive and prevent them from using the extension. This can be done in the User Management section of the MS Exchange for Zoho CRM extension.
When an administrator switches methods from Authorization Code to Client Credentials, how is data related to the previous data sync managed?
When migrated from the Authorization Code method to Client Credentials, the user will not have access to the Tasks module of Microsoft 365. Also, the complete data of the organization in the Contacts, Events, and Mails modules can be accessed.
Can we switch between the methods available in OAuth?
Yes, the administrator is free to switch between the two authentication methods available in OAuth anytime.

Why are two different methods available in the OAuth authentication method?
Microsoft 365 has provided administrators with options to authenticate users with and without impersonation. To facilitate these different impersonation options, there are two authentication methods in the OAuth method of authorization.
How do I change the sync settings?
The extension's sync settings can be altered anytime from the Extension Settings page. However, these settings can be altered only by the extension admin—i.e., the user who first authorizes the extension for the organization.
What Zoho CRM modules are compatible with this extension?
The Contacts, Tasks, Events, and Mails modules in Zoho CRM are compatible with the extension.
Can you switch between authorization types after installing the extension?
Currently, you are allowed to switch from Basic to OAuth, but not vice-versa. Once you've switched to the OAuth method of authorization, you can't revert to the Basic method.

Which types of MS Exchange users can benefit from this extension?
Both administrators and users of the Microsoft 365 account can use the extension. While administrators have access to all the features of the extension, users have access only to the features allowed by their administrators.
Which Zoho CRM editions does the extension support?
Enterprise and Ultimate editions of Zoho CRM. If you have not subscribed to these editions, you should upgrade your edition to use the extension.
